Course Description:
Updated for HOTMA and NSPIRE-V, this three-in-one course covers eligibility, occupancy, and rent calculation for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. In just one course, housing specialists can acquire the knowledge they need to do their jobs.

Duration: 
This is a self-paced training, requiring approximately 50 Hours to complete including learning exercises, study, and exam time.

CEUs:

Exam: To obtain certification and earn CEUs, you must complete all the required coursework and earn 70% or higher on the final assessment. You will have three attempts to earn a passing score on the exam. If unsuccessful, you must wait 24 hours before making any additional attempts. 

IMPORTANT: To obtain certification, learners will have a maximum of 6 months to complete all course requirements and achieve a passing score on the final examination.
