With over a decade of experience managing 1,249 units across LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and Massachusetts-based voucher programs, Antonio brings hands-on insight into the challenges and opportunities of modern portfolio management. He has led critical initiatives at organizations like NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, ONE Neighborhood Builders, and Madison Park Development Corporation.
