Course Description:
This course covers HUD requirements for managing a Public Housing waiting list. Topics include HUD requirements and policy decision points around taking applications; federal requirements on how to manage public housing waiting lists; an overview of preference systems; the requirements for unit offer systems; and other considerations when pulling families from the waiting list. Duration: 1.5 Hours.
