Course Description:
Upon completion of this Nan McKay course, learners will achieve an understanding of HUD regulations regarding portability as well as the responsibilities of the family, initial PHA, and the receiving PHA. The course also examines the effect of residency restrictions, where a family may move under portability, income limits, the forms that must be used, and billing requirements. Duration: 2 Hours and 17 Minutes.
