The Fundamentals of Affordable Housing Insurance course covers basic insurance principles and terminology, examines common types of insurance for affordable housing portfolios and cost drivers, guides learners through the fundamentals of an insurance transaction and legal principles, and explains how to read an insurance policy. This course empowers housing professionals with the knowledge to make insurance decisions within their organization and effectively manage insurance transactions. Duration: 1.5 Hours.
